I'm Hooked!

Mini albums are my new obsession! They are very fun and quick to make, and it's a great way to scrap many pictures with a common theme. This mini showcases photos of Emily at ballet practice and a couple of recitals. The photos span over a period of two years and most are not high quality but that's the great thing about minis, since the photos are small, it doesn't really matter!

I used the Paper Doll collection by K and Company with lots of Prima flowers and pearls as well as ballet-themed buttons, lace and trim. The base of the album is a top note-shaped chipboard album from Michael's dollar bin. Each page was edged with Snow Cap paint dauber by Ranger.

This music note paper clip came from Staples! It holds a ballerina dangling charm and two tags with photos and space for journaling on the back. The gorgeous tutu trim is by Webster's Pages.

This is my favorite LO in the album. I just love the combination of purple, pink and white. The photo on the left page is actually interactive; it lifts to reveal a tutu and another photo.

The last page is also interactive. Behind the slippers is a trifold with space for journaling and three more photos.

Hope you enjoyed this post, I have a strong feeling this won't be my last mini! As always, thanks for stopping by and have a creative week!
